Chi,
It has always been my greatest wish to see you live. When I visited your
website last February and saw the announcements that you came to
Holland I was thrilled and couldn't wait until the tickets were
available. I visited your concerts in Enschede, Drachten, Utrecht and Hoogeveen.
They were absolute marvelous. I have all your albums and appreciated the fact
that you took the time to sign autographs afterwards. I brought the L.P. Let it
ride with me for you to sign and told you that it was the first album I ever
bought. I cannot describe what it meant to me that you posed for a photo with
me.

I
might be one of the youngest fans, but Chi is my favorite musician. I know every
song she released and have all the LPs, so I was thrilled when she came to
Holland.
After the concert she autographed a songbook I bought there, if I knew she was going to
sign everything I would have brought the new CD with me. So that's why I traveled
to Leiden, where she would have her last concert. I waited four hours for her to
arrive, but I discovered she was already in. So I sneaked into the rear exit and
watched the sound-check for 15 minutes!! But the personnel saw me and said she
couldn't sign right now, because she was in a sound-check. They kept the CD
booklet and said that Chi would sign it after the concert for me. So they send
it to me a few days later. Only they said my name was Jan, but that doesn't
matter.
